Returns & exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the jewelry purchased at www.racheldourado.com, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return them. Refund deliveries and fees are customer’s responsibility.

To generate the Return Number or Exchange Number please email us at info@racheldourado.com before submitting the complete articles. At this time, we will send you by e-mail the delivery address and indications of suitable original packaging.

In accordance with European Union regulations, custom-made or personalized parts cannot be returned or exchanged.

In both cases – Return & Exchange – the product (s) must be in perfect condition, with verification labels and in their original packaging. The product (s) must be without scratches and without any sign that they have been used or altered in any way. They must not have been washed or wet or have any flaws or damage.

We will not be able to make the requested return if the items are received in poor condition.

The full refund will be processed in the same way that it has been paid within 14 calendar days following receipt of the merchandise.

Returns are accepted by Gift Card and item changes for an amount equal to or greater, paying the difference.

Shipping methods

Shipping time and costs generally depend on the destination address.

If you place your order from Monday to Friday, it should normally be processed and shipped in a maximum of 14 days, unless we inform you otherwise. You will receive a confirmation email at the end of your order and another email when we send it.

Prices & taxes

Due to volatility in the price of metals (silver, gold), prices on this website may be subject to change without prior notice. These changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

The prices of the products that appear on the website are those that apply at the time of purchase.

All product prices, shipping costs and other services include VAT in Spain. Prices do not include taxes or, if applicable, customs fees, in other countries. Shipping costs are added per order.

We will issue the invoice electronically.

Payment methods
